Each package features one of our three limited-production pendants, a free initial engraving, a matching greeting card printed on tree-free hemp paper, and a handmade chocolate from local business 231 West Patisserie. As always, each piece is handcrafted using recycled metals right here in Marquette, Michigan!
Package ( A ) contains the Mini Carved Heartwood pendant, a simple sterling silver pendant hand-engraved with heartwood rings and a matching heart!
Package ( B ) features the Small Carved Heartwood pendant which shares the design of the Mini but makes a bigger statement with its larger size!
Package ( C ) boasts the Carved Heartwood pendant, a mixed metal piece boasting two copper lovebirds nestled lovingly together in the branch of a tree carved with a heart!
We had a lot of fun seeing these pendants come to life. A couple of times throughout the year, Beth does a design competition open to the staff members here at the storefront. We had tons of great designs from the staff, but our studio assistant, Brooke, rose to the top with the Carved Heartwood design! She was inspired by a clay ornament her partner made for her; take a look at her original sketches below.
