1. When I order, will I receive the piece of jewelry in the picture?
You will receive a piece of jewelry that is either the piece in the picture or one that is very similar, keeping in mind that each piece is individually handcrafted and custom made when you place an order. Pendants do not come with a chain or leather cord, these can be purchased seperately in 16, 18 and 20 inch lengths.
2. How soon will my item arrive?
I ship all orders out as soon as possible. Most items are made when ordered, they make take up to 7 days to ship. Lockets and Wedding Rings may take up to 3 weeks to ship. Also, keep in mind the transit time while the package is in the mail.
3. I want to order custom jewelry, how long will it take? How should I place an order?
This time frame is mainly depends on how busy Beth is with other custom orders and art fairs. By using the custom order request form I can give you a better idea of how long it will take. I generally like to have 3 months to complete and order, but sometimes it can take less or much more time depending on what you have in mind.
4. What is Eco Silver?
Eco Silver is recycled silver. Beth chooses to work with only recycled silver when making her handmade jewelry.
5. Do you work with Diamonds?
Beth only work with recycled diamonds, these diamonds are re-purposed from unwanted jewelry.
6. What metals do you work in?
Beth can work with a variety of metals including, Sterling Silver, Fine Silver, Copper, Brass, Yellow Gold, Palladium White Gold, and 14KY Rose Gold. All of the Silver and Gold used are from recycled sources, making them Eco-Friendly!
7. Where can I see Beth's jewelry in person?

8. Can I buy Beth Millner Jewelry Wholesale?
Yes! Beth Millner Jewelry is only available in from select retailers. Please fill out the Wholesale Account Request Form to be considered for a wholesale account. This is new as of August 2011.
9. Can I re-use my gold or silver jewelry for credit towards a purchase?
Sometimes. Look for a stamp on your jewelry to determine its quality, if it is not stamped, it cannot be re-used for credit. You will need to ship the metal to Beth, and she will ship in your metal and use the scrap value towards your new purchase.

11. Can I use my own stones and have you make a custom piece of jewelry?
Probably. I can re-use many stones in a new piece of jewelry.
12. How do I sign up for a Silversmithing Class with Beth?

13. I want to sign up for a Silversmithing Class and I have some tools, do I need to buy a tool kit?
No. You may purchase only the tools you need, but you should purchase them when you sign up for a class. Compile a list of the tools you want, and then contact Bella Beads (906-228-8282) to order the tools you need and to sign up for a class.
14. How do I clean my jewelry?
Shiny Copper, Silver or Brass ~ clean with any sterling silver polish, polishing cloth or jewelry dips safe for sterling silver.
Copper or Silver with patina or brushed finish (A patina is an intentional darker coloration in recessed areas in the metal.) Polish with a dry piece of extra fine steel wool. Lightly rub the piece of jewelry in a circular motion until the higher areas are bright again. Do Not use jewelry dips or cleaners on pieces with a patina.
If at any point you cannot achieve the original finish, please send your piece back and it will be re-finish at no cost. Or visit Beth at a show to have a piece cleaned up.
15. My adjustable black cotton cord is worn out. Can I get a new one?
Yes! You can get a new one for free! Contact Beth and include your mailing address to have a new cord shipped. You will need to look up instructions on how to tie a Double Fisherman's Knot
