Welcome
All of the sterling silver, copper and brass jewelry in my collection is designed and handcrafted by me, Beth Millner at my home studio in Marquette, Michigan. All handmade sterling silver items are made from 100% recycled materials. Pendants do not come with a chain or leather cord, these can be purchased seperately in 16, 18 and 20 inch lengths.
Payment
Payment is preferred with completion of checkout with paypal. If you had trouble paying on etsy please email me at BethMillner@gmail.com. Payment in full is expected immediately, sale will be canceled if not paid in full within 3 days.
If you do not like to use paypal, please contact me and we can work out another method of payment.
All Michigan orders are charged Michigan Sales Tax (6%) upon checkout with paypal.
Gift Certificates
Currently the only place online to redeem a gift certificate online is in my Etsy shop. www.bethmillner.etsy.com

Shipping
Most items are made to order, they make take up to 7 days to ship. Lockets and Wedding Rings may take up to 3 weeks to ship.
All jewelry purchased comes gift wrapped for free! This also allows for safe travel of your new piece of jewelry.
I ship USPS, Priority in the United States and First Class Internationally.
Please contact me to upgrade to faster shipping.
Items will not be shipped until payment is received.
Refunds & Exchanges
I hope you love your new item. But if you are not completely satisfied, please send it back to me within 7 days for a full refund. Customer must pay return shipping.
If you paid less than $500 for the item, you may ship it by any method. If you paid more than $500, you must ship the item to us via US Postal Service Registered Mail. Please remember that shipping/insurance fees are not refundable.
Custom items and special orders can not be returned, but your satisfaction is guaranteed.
