Due to the nature of handcrafted jewelry, your piece may vary slightly from the item pictured. Patinas used to darken recesses and textures will also sometimes be lighter or darker due to the handmade process.
RETURN POLICY
We will happily return or exchange items (less shipping expenses) with a valid receipt within 30 DAYS of purchase with the following exceptions:
All Artisan Goods and non-jewelry items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Rings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items purchased on sale at a 30% off or more are NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Restrictions may apply to other promotional offers, giveaways, and discounts.
We offer extended holiday gift return and exchanges. Any eligible piece purchased between November 15th through December 31st can be exchanged or returned until January 31st.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We love helping our customers create special rings but, custom orders are not refundable and can not be exchanged. Custom Orders must be paid in full 90 days from downpayment.
FLUSH SETTING WARRANTY
Beth Millner Jewelry will cover the cost of repairing or replacing Flush Settings for one year. Warranty is limited to normal wear and tear. No other jewelry is eligible.
SHIPPING
If an item is being returned through the mail, customer assumes return shipping cost. Please ship all items to be returned with Priority Mail and signature confirmation.
If your order qualified for a promotional Free Shipping, we may downgrade the shipping to Ground Advantage at our discretion. View our shipping turnaround times here.
