We're hiring!

We're looking for a part-time customer service assistant to join our team! Primary responsibilities are jewelry sales online and in person, assisting in basic jewelry assembly and production work, social media moderation/posting, office tasks (tagging product, polishing jewelry, emailing customers, running errands, shoveling snow, etc.), and order processing and fulfillment.

There is potential for growth in this position.

Experience Required:

Great customer service skills

Retail sales or similar experience

Comfortable being video recorded for interviews and social media

Ability to focus on repetitive tasks 

Very strong attention to detail

Ability to follow verbal and written instruction

Enjoys cleaning

Experience Preferred:

Jewelry sales experience

Jewelry production and/or metal smithing

Knowledge of precious metals and stones

Social media for business

Experience with photography, photo editing, Photoshop, or Bridge is not required, but is a plus

Additional Requirements: This position consists of variable shift lengths ranging from 4-8 hours, and requires working all Saturdays. A vehicle is required as you will be occasionally running errands. Ability to climb stairs is a requirement for this position.
