What if I want to return or exchange a piece?
We hope you love your new item! But if you are not completely satisfied, please fill out the Return Authorization Request below to initiate the return or exchange process.
For health and safety, we will not accept returns or exchanges on masks and mask parts.
Returns or exchanges can only be made within 30 days from original purchase. The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:
All Artisan Goods (non-jewelry items) cannot be returned or exchanged
Any ring that has been resized or purchased online is not eligible for return/exchange. Only rings that have been sold off the shelf at our storefront and not resized may be returned or exchanged in the 30 day time period.
All sales are final on any items purchased on sale at a 30% off OR MORE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on these items. Restrictions may apply to other promotional offers, giveaways, and discounts.
Custom orders are non-refundable and must be paid in full within 90 days of downpayment.
If an item is being returned through the mail, customer assumes return shipping cost. Please ship all items to be returned with Priority Mail and signature confirmation.
Returns will be made back to the original form of payment or a gift card.
What about Christmas gifts?
We offer extended holiday gift return and exchanges. Any eligible piece purchased between November 15th through December 31st can be exchanged or refunded until January 31st.
