Tree of Knowledge Pendant

I am an avid reader. In a good week I can go through about six books, so I am always at Peter White Public Library rotating out my reads. The donation aspect of this piece is my favorite part, but I also think the symbolism behind the design is just perfect, too.

Sunset on Twelve Mile Beach Pendant

This piece is so balanced visually, so I am very drawn to it. I think the large sun makes it quite a dramatic piece, too. This pendant is actually a fun one to make in the studio! With the mixed-metal and pebbles incorporated in it, there are a lot of steps to creating the piece. It's a satisfying process, and almost like putting pieces of a puzzle together.

Mini Chocolay River Earrings

These earrings I would pair with the Sunset on Twelve Mile Beach Pendant. I love the winding river on these earrings and how they have a little bit less detail than the Sunset on the Chocolay River Pendant, but still has a beautiful landscape. I also enjoy how the design is a forced perspective with it being flat but still looking like it has dimension.

Rabbit on a Starry Night & Fox on a Starry Night

Simple, but detail. These pieces look like a shot straight out of a documentary. They are readable, dramatic, yet perfect for the jewelry minimalist of the world.

Late Autumn Michigan Greenstone Wonderlands

When you see these Wonderlands, they look like a winter scene at dark. They remind me of the time of day when the sun is out, but the moon is too and they are fighting for the sky. That in between time. These pendants are otherworldly, surreal, and windows into another world—reminiscent of The Nightmare Before Christmas worlds.
