Traveling in Your Twenties by Sarah Babcock
Although I am still in the early years of my twenties, I have had so many amazing experiences because of travel. I believe getting out of your comfort zone and exploring new places, go hand in hand on the journey to “growing up.”
Originally from a small town like so many others, I did not have the opportunity to travel very far from the pines I knew so well. Once I completed high school, I knew I was ready for something different, but I couldn’t wait until a new school year, I had to go NOW!
Out of the blue and opportunity came to move to a new area and work in the great outdoors. Without skipping a beat I said, “YES!” This job changed everything for me. I felt like I started to scratch the surface of who I truly am.
The adventure bug still hasn’t left me. The incredible people I’ve met and experiences I’ve had add fuel to the fire. No matter where I go, I do have a few necessities to make me feel like me.
- Reusable water bottle
- My Beth Millner rings
No matter where I go, I will always pack these items to keep me ready for any adventure. The possibilities are endless when you just say, “YES!” and make it work.
